Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at our Ontario Club in Sandusky, Ohio to support after-school programming and create a supervised, fun, and safe environment for local youth. YDPs will plan and implement activities, promote participation, and assist with membership recruitment.

Part-time role from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (20 hours/week) with starting pay of $17/hour, offering a positive work environment, paid holidays, PTO and training

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
