Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring for the Ontario Club in Sandusky, Ohio. Immediate opening for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) with after-school programming duties and a focus on safe, engaging youth activities.

Roles involve planning activities, promoting participation, and helping recruit members. Candidates should have at least one year of youth experience, be 18+, and be prepared to pass a background check and drug test. Starting pay is $17/hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement appropriate program activities.
• Track, promote and encourage program participation.
• Assist with membership recruitment.
