Job summary

Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring NOW for Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) at the Ontario Club in Sandusky, Ohio. This part-time role supports after-school programming for youth in a supervised, safe, and engaging environment.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, roughly 2 pm to 6 pm (20 hours per week). Starting pay is $17 per hour, with paid training, holidays, PTO, and opportunities for advancement as you help youth grow.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with youth in supervised, safe environments.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth preferred.
• 18 years of age with a High School Diploma.
• Final candidates must clear a background check and drug test.
