Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio is hiring part-time Youth Development Professionals in Sandusky, OH. The role supports after-school programming at our Erie Teen Center Club, with a schedule from 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, totaling about 20 hours per week. Starting pay is $17 per hour.

You'll help create a positive, safe educational environment, recruit members, and model positive behaviors for youth. A HS diploma is required and a background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with youth is preferred.
• Must be able to support a caring and engaging educational environment.
• 18+ with a High School Diploma and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support after-school programming in a supervised, safe environment.
• Collaborate with peers to implement activities and promote participation.
• Provide guidance and serve as a positive role model for youth.
