Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County in Madison, WI seeks a Youth Development Professional for the school year to lead a group of 5-12 year-olds after school, planning engaging activities and ensuring safety. The position is nonexempt, part-time, with occasional evenings or weekends for events, and pays $16.25–$17.25 per hour based on experience.

Qualificações

• Youth program experience with 5-12 age range required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible as a caregiver by DCF.
• CPR and First Aid training to be completed within 3 months.

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities.
