Job summary

Mentoring Alliance in Bullard, TX is seeking a Child Care Worker for its After School team. This part-time role (17–20 hours/week) centers on leading elementary students in enrichment activities while modeling Christian values and a spirit of service. You will work Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m.

to 6:00 p.m., support youth development, and help create a safe, welcoming environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification are required; background checks

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and have a HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Post-secondary training is highly preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school.
• Foster youth development and serve as a role model in a Christ-centered setting.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment and support teamwork.
