Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a capable Teacher to lead and mentor educators, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, engaging classroom environment for children. You will collaborate with parents and center staff to ensure high-quality care and education across our programs.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with families and the community, meeting state qualifications, and supporting center achievement in enrollment and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements
• ECE experience 2–3 years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with children and parents

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned to each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
• Partner with parents to support child care and education
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners
