Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, implementing our curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. You’ll create a safe, nurturing space and actively partner with families to ensure the best care and education.

You’ll also support center goals and build strong relationships with staff and community partners. This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and a background in early childhood education, with CDA

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Two to three years of early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; CDA credential required or pursued.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; state trainer approval preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
