You will partner with families and staff to ensure high-quality care and education. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with parents and upholding program standards.

Competenze

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with children and families.
