Job summary

Catholic Charities seeks an OCC Teacher to oversee services for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and autism in after-school, respite, and summer camp programs.

You will adapt lesson plans, document progress toward goals, coordinate with the Maryland Community Services Director, and supervise staff and volunteers. This role supports a hybrid work model with remote and in-office collaboration within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, elementary education, special education, or child development.
• Valid local driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to present information to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Adapts and modifies lesson plans to support student progression.
• Collects data to document progress toward goals.
• Meets with Director of Maryland Community Services regarding goals and needs.
• Prepares and implements student academic goal plans.
• Supervises staff and volunteers in after-school, summer camp, and respite programs.
