Job summary

Osseo Area School District ISD 279 is seeking a casual Elementary Targeted Services Facilitator for the 2026-27 school year in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves coordinating after-school and summer programs, recruiting staff, communicating with families, and ensuring documentation and budgets are maintained.

Hours are 8–12 per week with start no earlier than mid-September. Training on Targeted Services compliance will be provided. Salary follows the district casual salary guide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 college credits in youth work, education, recreation, or similar field.
• Out-of-school time experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Targeted Services programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Targeted Services staff, students and families.
• Develop an ongoing robust out-of-school time program.
• Oversee details like booking facilities, planning field trips, busing and paperwork.
• Promote effective use of time, materials and student accountability.
