Job summary

Osseo Area Schools’ Community Education program in Maple Grove seeks a Program Manager to lead School Age Care and Early Learning activities across sites. This full-time, 12-month exempt role oversees operations, staffing, and program budgets while ensuring compliance with district policies and childcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Education, Education, Youth Development, Early Childhood, Human Development, Adult Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant programming experience.
• 0-1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in public school and/or community-based programming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Align Community Education programs with the district's mission and core values. Conduct program assessments and implement improvements.
• Performance Leadership: Build staff capacity, supervise and evaluate staff, and assist with hiring and training.
• Management: Administer program budgets, ensure fiscal accountability, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with staff, families, and partners; build diverse relationships.
• Professionalism: Model ethical behavior, support professional growth, and promote outreach.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks to support Community Education and District operations.
