• Host and supervise a space for all students who remain after school
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student attendance, behavior, and movement
• Ensure students’ safety and adherence to school rules and regulations
• Provide non-instructional support to students engaged in independent, academic work
• Communicate high expectations for behavior, respect and academic achievement
• Demonstrate active interest in students’ experience and well-being
• Work with school staff to coordinate supervision and safety
