Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is seeking energetic and reliable After-School Sports Coaches to work with elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football across Prince George's County. This part-time, after-school role runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with 1.5-hour sessions and a pay of $37.50 per session ($25 per hour).

Qualifications

• Experience playing or coaching Basketball, Soccer, or Flag Football is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with elementary students (K–5).
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Prince George's County.

Responsibilities

• Coach elementary students in Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
