Job summary

Right At School in Duncanville is seeking a Part-Time After-School Site Program Manager to lead our weekend-like after-school program for 26-27 school year. The role requires supervision of staff, adherence to safety, and close engagement with families, with a start date in July 2026.

Position details include a 2:30 pm–6:00 pm schedule, Monday–Friday hours, and a starting wage of $20 per hour, dependent on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a High School diploma/GED
• 70 clock hours of training in child or youth development, recreational leadership, or management
• At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare program
• One year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and joy standards and coach staff to meet policies
• Maintain attendance procedures and program documentation
• Deliver daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe environment
• Engage with families and partner with Area Manager on goals
• Ensure compliance with licensing and program requirements
