Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for the After School Program at Nelson Elementary School in Nelson, NH. The role follows the school calendar with an afternoon schedule 2:15 - 5:30 pm and pays $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 college credits in management or supervision or 1,500 hours supervising children.
• Experience in licensed childcare or elementary settings preferred.
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and strong communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet state regulations and program policies.
• Plan engaging activities aligned with the curriculum, including fitness and arts.
• Manage attendance, registration, and staffing levels daily.
• Communicate regularly with parents via the designated app.
• Support a positive team environment and proactive problem-solving.
