Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Nelson Elementary School in Nelson, NH for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time role follows the school calendar and pays $18.00 per hour, with afternoons from 2:15 to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliant operations, planning activities across fitness, STEAM, and academics, and maintaining strong communication with families via the Playground App.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 college credits in management or supervision or equivalent experience.
• 1,500 hours of experience with children in licensed programs or schools.
• Demonstrates reliability and strong communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and policies.
• Plan and lead engaging activities across fitness, STEAM, academics, and arts.
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents using the Playground App.
• Foster a positive team environment and proactive problem-solving.
