Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for the After School Program at Wells Memorial School in Harrisville, NH. The role follows the school calendar and pays $18.00 per hour, part-time and non-exempt for the 2026-2027 school year.

Hours are 2:00–5:30 pm, with employer-paid childcare benefits and a focus on safe, engaging activities aligned with our curriculum. Suitable for parents, education majors, or retirees seeking hands-on child supervision.

Qualifikationen

• Age 21 or older and HS diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET/TASC).
• 3 college credits in management or supervision or supervisory experience.
• At least 1,500 hours of experience working with children in childcare or school setting.

Aufgaben

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and host school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the curriculum (fitness, STEAM, arts, homework support).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents via the Playground App.
• Collaborate with supervisor to maintain high-quality care and staff morale.
