Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for Croydon Elementary School for the 2026–2027 year. The role follows the school calendar with afternoon hours from 2:15 to 5:30 pm.

The position is part-time and non-exempt, with employer-paid childcare benefits and a range of family-friendly perks. Ideal candidates are education-focused, with leadership and supervision experience in childcare settings.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and hold a high school diploma or GED.
• 3 college credits in management or supervision, or equivalent experience.
• 1,500 hours of experience with children in licensed programs or schools.
• One of several advanced qualifications listed above or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and policies.
• Plan and lead activities aligned with the program curriculum (fitness, STEAM, arts).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with direct supervisor to foster a positive team environment.
