AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Lake Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Group Leader to supervise after-school groups from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

This role focuses on guiding students through World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts activities while prioritizing safety and inclusion. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has a high school diploma, and enjoys a high-energy classroom setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
