Qualifications

• A college degree or 2 years of experience in a school setting or a similar role.
• Must have strong management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with families, staff, students, as well as school administrators.
• Must have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• The Site Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing all day-to-day operations at the assigned school site.
• Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, payment collection, managing payroll timesheets, and tracking attendance for all WA students.
• Supports enrichment teachers, program providers, staff, and all enrolled students, ensuring a safe, engaging, and well-organized environment.
• Designs, directs, and oversees the implementation of center-based student activities to promote engagement and enrichment.
• Evaluate, develop, and onboard all staff members; maintain clear communication with parents and families including a monthly newsletter with updates.
