AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Site Director for an after-school program at Atfalati Ridge Elementary School in North Plains, OR. You will lead a team of Guides, manage the program site with the Leadership Team, and train staff to deliver engaging activities that spark curiosity.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or related experience), a 21+ age, and flexibility to meet staffing needs. A background check is required by Oregon licensing regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Age 21 or older.
Flexible schedule to meet staffing needs.
Background check completed per Oregon licensing requirements.
Proof of experience per OR licensing standards.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Guides delivering activities across fitness, the arts, technology, etc.
Collaborate with Leadership Team to manage program site.
Train Guides to lead adventurous tasks igniting wonder.
Encourage creativity by establishing clubs based on student interests.
Provide a caring, family-oriented environment for staff, students, and parents.
