The role requires prior coaching or youth work experience, energy, flexibility, and reliability. Training is paid, with opportunities for professional development and career growth within the Elevo program.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, playing sports, or leading youth in any setting.
• Able to lead group activities and manage student behavior.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and coaches to create a welcoming program environment.

Responsibilities
