Job summary

Celebree School is seeking a School Age Teacher to inspire and empower school-age children, guiding growth and creativity in a dynamic, engaging environment. You will mentor students and model positive behavior, upholding Celebree's mission, vision, and values.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30am - 6:30pm, with duties including lesson design, classroom management, and parent communication. This franchise location operates independently under Celebree School.

Qualifications

• Must have positive personality and great customer service.
• Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
• Knowledge of behavioral and developmental stages of children and childcare licensing requirements.
• Ability to manage a classroom with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for school-age children.
• Manage the classroom ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for children, parents, and visitors.
• Keep parents informed about their child's experiences and achievements.
• Assist and supervise children during activities and use positive disciplines as needed.
• Ensure appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the classroom.
• Maintain attendance, participation, and achievement records.
