Qualifications

After School Program Teachers (2026-2027)

If you love engaging with children, being creative and having fun- this is the job for you! Join our Afterschool Team for the 2026-2027 school year and work collaboratively with the team to create an exciting play and activity environment for students in grades K-8. Our program offers a wide range of activities tailored to foster creativity and exploration including arts and crafts, sports, games, STEM and more. We provide a choice-rich setting that encourages students to pursue their interests and have fun in mixed age programs. We offer teachers resources including lessons and materials for activities.

Position Hours: Monday through Thursday, 2:30-6 pm. We are flexible on days/hours.

Pay: $25 per hour

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress towards degree) preferred;
• Prior experience working with children (experience in educational or camp setting preferred).
• Ability to motivate, guide and instruct children in group activities.
• Must have access to reliable transportation (the school is not accessible by public transportation)
