Job summary

North Clackamas School District is seeking a CARE Professional for the after-school program, working 2:00pm–6:00pm or 1:45pm–5:45pm at multiple elementary locations. The role focuses on supervising students, coordinating activities, and ensuring safety during non-school hours.

The incumbent will implement recreational and enrichment activities, maintain records, and communicate with families and the Site Coordinator. Prior supervisory experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old and high school graduation.
• Ability to supervise children in groups.
• Ability to work professionally with staff, parents, and the public.
• Familiarity with FERPA and protecting student confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enforces program policies and regulations.
• Develops and implements daily activities for children.
