This part-time role (3:45pm–6:00pm, 10–20 hours/week) involves supervising children, leading activities, assisting with routines, and coordinating with school staff. Applicants must pass a criminal background check, hold CPR/First Aid certification, and participate in annual training.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision: ensure safety during the after-school period (3:45pm-6:00pm).
• Engage in activities: lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and reading.
• Morning routines: assist children with settling in and organizing items.
• Promote positive behavior: foster a respectful, inclusive environment and manage behavior.
• Communication with parents: greet at drop-off/pick-up and provide updates as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff: coordinate for a smooth transition to the school day.
• Maintain cleanliness: keep space clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow policies and safety protocols: adhere to school guidelines.
• Payroll & invoicing: monitor attendance and report weekly numbers.
