Job summary

Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. (NCYF) seeks a full-time After School Program Supervisor for the Springfield, MA program. The role focuses on ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment that promotes healthy socialization.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, approving treatment plans, managing client intakes, and providing crisis intervention as needed. Requires a Master’s degree in human services, 3+ years working with youth, 2+ years supervisory experience, CORI/DCF checks,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral needs.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• CORI, DCF and driving background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the after-school program to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Supervise staff, conduct trainings, and monitor service delivery.
• Approve treatment plans and termination summaries; support client intakes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and coordinate local travel.
