Job summary

Right At School seeks a Program Manager to lead after-school enrichment programs, ensuring safe, engaging activities and strong family communication. You will coordinate staff, uphold licensing and attendance procedures, and support program goals across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have experience managing priorities, a high school diploma, and knowledge of child development or related training. Proficiency with Google tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience juggling competing priorities while delivering quality service to stakeholders.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience working with children and knowledge of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related field.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication with adults and children.
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum to provide a safe, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate student check-in/check-out records and attendance procedures.
• Communicate clearly with families, client partners, and staff; support program goals and process improvements.
