Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Birmingham is seeking enthusiastic team members for its Afterschool Care staff in Birmingham, AL. This part-time position offers a chance to make a difference in children's lives while having fun!

Counselors will supervise and engage groups of children, implementing a varied curriculum of games and activities. Availability is required Monday to Friday from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and cultivate positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of background and Child Abuse & Neglect screening.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (training provided if needed).
• Willing to have FUN and PLAY at work.

Responsibilities
