AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an After-school Program Leader for Portola Valley, CA. This part-time role offers $19/hour with a $250 hiring bonus and a schedule Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, plus part-time benefits in a school setting.

Responsibilities include leading students through adventures across fitness, arts, technology, and more, collaborating with peers, and fostering curiosity and belonging in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more.
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
