Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. seeks an After-school Enrichment Instructor to inspire K-5 students with engaging activities after school hours.

This part-time role focuses on creating a safe, collaborative, and imaginative environment at multiple elementary sites in California. You will lead students through fitness, the arts, technology and exploration from 1:50 to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional extra hours on early release days.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Completed 48 college semester units.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
