The YMCA of Greater Kansas City is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support our before and after school program. In this role, you will manage daily operations at the Lee's Summit site, ensuring a safe environment for children.

The position requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field, public relations skills, and experience in childcare. You will collaborate with staff to develop engaging activities and maintain records, contributing directly to children's growth in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or Psychology, or relevant coursework.
• Knowledge of quality school-age development principles.
• Ability to work with children requiring physical stamina and emotional stability.
