Job summary

Big Ideas Educational Services seeks a dynamic Site Manager to lead daily operations of our out-of-school program in Miami. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, ensure safety and compliance, and create a welcoming, organized environment for students and families.

You’ll design engaging activities across academics, enrichment, STEM, arts, and recreation, partner with families and school partners, manage attendance and records, and coach your team to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading after-school or youth programs.
• Strong communication with families, school partners, and staff.
• Ability to manage schedules, attendance, and documentation.
• Comfort with data reporting systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support Activity Leaders, teachers, coaches, and other program staff.
• Help onboard and train team members while reinforcing expectations and best practices.
• Coordinate staff schedules and daily assignments to ensure appropriate program coverage.
• Conduct daily team check-ins and provide coaching and feedback.
• Build a positive team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and student success.
