Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred) in early childhood/elementary education or related field.
• Three+ years of successful professional teaching experience.
• Experience with literacy, math and other academic skills development.
• Ability to coach and support teachers and grade-level teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan for the 21st Century Program starting upon hire and through the year.
• Program will start in September.
• Oversee implementation of the 21st Century Grant and supervise staff.
