AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time After School Program Leader in Fairfield, CA. The role involves inspiring children after school hours, leading activities across fitness, arts, technology and more, and fostering a welcoming, supportive group atmosphere.

Qualifications include 48 college credits or paraeducator exam, minimum 18 years old, CPR/First Aid certification, and flexibility to meet staffing needs; ParaPro testing may be required if education criteria are not met.

• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• If educational requirements are not met, must complete the ParaPro testing process prior to hire.

After School Program Leader-Part-Time - Fairfield, CA

Pay: $19 an hour

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. As a Program Leader we are looking for individuals to inspire, spark curiosity, encouraging creativity, a sense of community, warmth, and foster a deep sense of belonging for every child.

Locations:

Cordelia, David Weir, Dover, Nelda Mundy, Suisun Valley, TK Fairview, TK Sullivan, and Tolenas

Schedule:

Monday - Friday after school 1:30 to 6:00 PM.
