You will lead staff, coordinate activities, and collaborate with school leaders to deliver engaging sports and arts programming that fosters teamwork and positive youth development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preference in Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
• At least 18 credit hours in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program staff and operations to meet contract requirements.
• Conducts staff evaluations and development plans with Program Manager/HR.
• Leads weekly/monthly team meetings and planning sessions.
• Coordinates outreach to community and recruitment of participants.
• Prepares attendance, program content, and reports for internal/external use.
• Provides supervision and feedback to staff; supports team members.
