Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Assistant for our After School Program at Croydon Village School in Croydon, NH, for the 2026–2027 school year. The role is part-time, non-exempt, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and schedules that follow the school calendar.

You will engage children ages 5–12 through structured activities, support their growth, and work with a team to provide safe, engaging care.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
• Medically cleared of any communicable diseases including TB.
• Must be warm, friendly, upbeat with exceptional people skills and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, art, and group activities) and homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and act as a positive role model.
• Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, including attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
