Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• One (1) year of high school, vocational school, or equivalent on-the-job training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist site directors and leaders to care for, supervise and guide students during activities.
• Observe and monitor student behavior; support positive youth development.
• Prepare snacks and clean activity and kitchen areas after use.
• Distribute medication to students and provide First Aid when needed.
• Create engaging activities and lesson plans to ensure participation.
• Communicate with parents, staff and teachers regarding student conduct and program info.
• Record attendance and contact parents for absent students.
• Secure the building and equipment per district guidelines; ensure radios are charged.
