Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and surrounding areas.

The role offers full- and part-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling and the chance to partner with a supportive, clinician-led team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license or SLPA (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care in the home and community
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (SLP)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (SLPA)
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
• Document all care and services in EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
