Job summary

Strategic Kids in Irvine, CA is seeking part-time After School Mentors to support TK-5th grade students in the afterschool program at a Jewish community day school. You will work 1:1 and in small groups leading enrichment activities and helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities include supporting lesson plans, providing individualized support, and collaborating with staff and families while keeping spaces safe and organized.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience working or volunteering with children.
• Strong communication, patience, and positive reinforcement skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and maintain composure under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent (education students encouraged to apply).
• CPR/First Aid certification (provided if needed).
• Must be 18 years or older.

Overview

We're hiring After School Mentors to support TK-5th grade students during the afterschool program at a Jewish community day school in Irvine. Must Have Requirements
