Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking qualified teachers to join our Champions program. You will lead, coach and mentor other teachers, implement our curriculum to meet individual child needs, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents and work with center staff to support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, ensuring the best care and education for children in diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent required.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in process.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.

Education
