Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher for Champions programs across our centers. You will lead and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, support center enrollment and engagement goals, and build strong relationships with families, licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
