Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our Champions program. You will lead and mentor less experienced teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

You will partner with families and center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, build strong relationships with state licensing authorities and community partners, and contribute to a supportive, positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with families.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a busy classroom.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education and care.
• Support center success by helping with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
