Job summary

St. Michael-Albertville School District in Saint Michael, MN seeks a Kids Play Supervisor to support the Kids Play and Just 4 Kids programs at the Community Education Center. You will plan daily activities, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

Starting pay ranges from $22.17 to $25.80 per hour, with potential for more based on experience. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:30am–6:00pm, 7 hours daily year round.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old and above.
• Educational background in elementary education or related field.
• Experience working with preschool age children.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various temperatures and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Kids Play and Just 4 Kids programs.
• Plan and implement daily structured activities for enrolled children.
• Oversee daily site operations and supervise Paraprofessionals and Aides.
