About STMA Schools: We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1‑4, two middle schools for grades 5‑8, and one high school for grades 9‑12.

Position Overview & Responsibilities: Supervise and interact with daily activities for children at Kids Play. For more information, please see the job description for this position.

Schedule

• Monday‑Friday shifts: 2:00 pm‑5:00 pm or 5:15 pm during the school year.
• Program hours: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

FTE

• School year: 0.125‑0.500 (5‑20 hours per week)
• Summer: 0.300‑0.750 (12‑30 hours per week)
• Shifts of 6 hours or longer include a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.

Salary & Benefits

Starting rate: $15.50 per hour.

No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 16 years old; no experience required; must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures, and in a fast‑paced physically active and loud environment associated with children’s activities. Periods of sitting and standing required.
