Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking staff to supervise and support children before and after school at the Minnetonka Community Education Center. The role runs Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 5:30, offering $19.65 per hour with benefits for full-time positions.

Responsibilities include implementing activities, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborating with parents and team members to ensure quality care for students.

Qualifications

• Complete required child care, first aid & CPR training prior to the first day of employment.
• Annual staff development hours are required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Implement activities and supervise program spaces for students.
• Assist with preparing project supplies and activities.
• Provide a safe, caring environment and use the site tracking system.
• Supervise students and ensure safety during non-school day programming and field trips.
• Build positive relationships with parents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
