South Washington County Schools is seeking a Kids Club Paraprofessional for Crestview Elementary School. The role provides instructional and supervisory support to students in the School Age Child Care program, assisting with activities, meals, and safety.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong teamwork and communication skills, and experience with behavior management. Work hours are 2:00 pm–4:30 pm, 2.5 hours daily, with starting pay $21.93 per hour and possible bonus for Highly

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Competencies in confidentiality, teamwork and professional communication.
• Experience and skill in positive behavior support and classroom management.
• Ability to follow district guidelines and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks (Word, email, internet).
• Takes initiative and participates in staff development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist KC Supervisors with implementing lesson plans and activities.
• Support children's physical, social, emotional, and academic development.
• Maintain safety and accurate attendance counts; monitor environment.
• Model positive behavior and teach social-emotional skills.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to policies; document injuries or concerns.
• Prepare materials and set up/clean up; assist with meals and snacks.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain professionalism and respect for all students and families.
