William H. Lincoln School in Brookline, MA is seeking staff for the Lincoln Extended Learning Program, a year-long initiative delivering targeted small-group instruction for students in grades K–8.

Sessions occur three times weekly for 30 minutes, before or after school. Rate is $47/hour, with 90 minutes of student contact and 90 minutes of planning time weekly, and collaboration with CST liaison is required.

Qualifications

• Must currently be an educator in the Public Schools of Brookline.
• Understanding of content standards and practice standards.
• Belief in the potential of all students and commitment to a positive school identity.
• Working knowledge of content standards and research-based effective practices.
• Willingness to collaborate with program colleagues, school staff and families.

Responsabilités

• Provide targeted small group instruction for grades K-8.
• Address organization and executive functioning.
• Support writing and rule-based reading/phonics.
• Provide math intervention.
• Support social/emotional learning.
• Collect data to track intervention efficacy.
• Report outcomes to classroom teacher or CST liaison.
• Document interventions and student progress.
• Sessions occur three times per week for 30 minutes before or after school.
• Staff compensated for 90 minutes of student contact and 90 minutes planning time.
