Job summary

Roseville Area Schools is seeking qualified individuals to provide after-school Targeted Services instruction at elementary and middle school sites. Instructors deliver small-group literacy and/or math support to students who benefit from additional learning time, with flexible scheduling.

These part-time roles offer opportunities to make a meaningful impact on student growth outside the regular day, with compensation of $22/hour (unlicensed) or $28/hour (licensed). Positions open until filled.

Qualifications

• Current MN teaching license is preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of elementary literacy and math instructional practices.
• Commitment to an equitable education experience for all.
• Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, standards-aligned instruction based on each student's CLP.
• Provide supplemental support in literacy and/or math using engaging activities.
• Build relationships with students to increase engagement and achievement.
• Collaborate with supervisors, site staff, and teachers.
• Complete required Targeted Services documentation.
